1. morning sitting: once the circuit of relaxation is completed, then the sense of life within the body. this is a distinct experience. in person, we could take this further.
the chattering mind won’t stops chattering: it's in the basement.
but, we don't have to be in the basement with it.
2. difficult to comment on the arm without looking at it. but...
after the release, if the arm shakes, something isn't quite doing what it should / shouldn't!
your release may not be a release, but doing-a-release, which is not release at all.
if 16ths. are impossible without a wobble, how about 8ths.?
begin with the possible and move gradually to wobbling uncontrollably?
